I’ve always found it super weird talking about myself let alone describing myself, but here goes! Hello! My name is Patricia and I am the proud owner of this small baking business called Flour In Bloom Bakery! I’m a licensed home-based baker and have been baking for more than 10 years now. What started as a hobby turned into this exciting small business endeavor. It’s really, truly a blessing to have the opportunity to do something I love and be able to share it with people!



I am a “jack of all trades, master of none” when it comes to baking! Basically, I try to do too many different types of bakes so my home bakery doesn’t really fall into one baked good category (i.e. classic cookies, cakes, French macarons, etc.). I’m pretty all over the place with my bakes and it’s thrilling exploring new recipes. I’m always open to new dessert ideas customers suggest! Yes, I am indeed a “jack of all trades, master of none, BUT oftentimes better than master of one.”
